Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle supplier, incoming, process and customer quality activities.
- Inspect casting and sheet-metal components for dimensional and visual compliance.
- Monitor quality across assembly and paint-shop processes.
- Handle process rejection, supplier issues and customer complaints.
- Perform RCA and implement CAPA using 7 QC Tools and 8D methodology.
- Maintain Control Plans, inspection standards and quality documentation.
- Work with PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Suppliers and Customers for timely issue resolution.
CQC Requirement: Candidates should have experience handling two-wheeler OEM customers such as Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha or similar clients, including complaint resolution, containment actions and 8D closure.
Candidate Profile
- Must be from the automobile or auto-component industry.
- Knowledge of casting, sheet metal, assembly and paint-shop processes is essential.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
