Role Description This is a full time, on-site Quality Control Manager role based in Jamnagar.

The Quality Control

Manager will oversee quality assurance processes across production lines, ensuring that all metal components meet internal specifications and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing inspection procedures, monitoring dimensional accuracy and surface finish, reviewing test reports, and validating final product quality before dispatch. The role involves leading and training quality inspectors, coordinating with production and engineering teams to address non-conformities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

The Quality Control

Manager will maintain documentation for audits,



support continuous improvement initiatives, and help refine quality standards in line with industry and customer expectations.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in quality control and quality assurance methods, including inspection planning, sampling techniques, and root cause analysis.
- Experience with precision measurement tools and instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMM) and interpretation of engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes for turned, forged, and machined components, preferably within brass, steel, or multi-metal environments.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (such as ISO 9001 or similar), documentation practices, and internal audit procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and management teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and present quality findings to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field; relevant quality certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a quality control or quality management role within a manufacturing setting; experience in metal components or precision engineering is highly beneficial.
