Qualification: B.Sc./B.Pharm/B.Tech/Diploma in relevant technical field; Medical Device
Job Purpose To establish and maintain effective quality control practices for the company's consumable surgical medical devices, ensuring that raw materials, in-process products and finished products consistently meet defined specifications, quality standards and customer requirements. The person will also support the company in improving product quality and reducing defects/rejections.
Key Responsibilities
1. Incoming Material Quality Control
2. In-Process Quality Control
- Strong understanding of Quality Control principles
- Knowledge of medical/surgical consumable products
- Practical knowledge of inspection and testing
- Understanding of SOP,
NCR, CAPA, deviation and root-cause analysis
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 / medical device QMS will be preferred
- Ability to work closely with Production and identify process-level quality problems
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Positive attention to detail
What We Expect From This Role Raw Material → Production Process → In-Process Inspection → Final Product → Packaging → Dispatch → Customer Feedback → Quality Improvement The selected candidate should be capable of identifying why a defect is happening, implementing corrective action and helping Production prevent the same defect from occurring again.
Preferred Candidate
Priority will be given to candidates who have experience in:
- Surgical/medical disposable manufacturing
- Medical devices
- Catheters, guidewires, tubes, surgical consumables or similar products
- ISO 13485/QMS
- Hands-on QC and production-floor quality control
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
