We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible QC Executive to join our Quality Control team. The candidate will be responsible for testing and evaluating raw materials, in-process materials, and finished fragrance/flavour products to ensure they meet defined quality standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality testing and evaluation of raw materials and finished products.
- Perform physical, chemical, and/or sensory testing as per established procedures.
- Check product specifications, batch details, and quality parameters.
- Maintain accurate QC records, test reports, and documentation.
- Ensure products comply with internal quality standards and customer specifications.
- Identify deviations and assist in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, GLP, safety, and quality requirements.
- Support internal and external audits when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards in the QC laboratory.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
- Good knowledge of laboratory testing and documentation.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with sensory evaluation/olfactory assessment.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, HACCP, and ISO quality systems.
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments and standard testing procedures.
