1. 20 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Strong technical knowledge with valuable understanding of multidisciplinary interfaces.
3. Practical field/construction supervision experience with sound decision-making ability.
4. Strong focus on site quality, construction practices, and applicable codes/standards.
5. Knowledge of field testing, statutory requirements, and acceptable test results.
6. Basic understanding of interdisciplinary construction activities.
