Role Description
- Develop, implement and maintain QA/QC procedures, standards and documentation
- Prepare and review quality & safety checklists, formats and test reports
- Ensure regular material testing through independent third-party laboratories
- Guide project teams on quality improvement and site safety
- Strong knowledge of material testing and concrete mix design
- Analyse construction processes to identify defects,
trends and improvement areas
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct internal quality & safety audits
- Investigate quality/safety issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution
- Mentor and train junior engineers and support teams in mix design and construction practices
- Monitor quality KPIs, analyse performance data and prepare reports for stakeholders
- Ensure implementation of best QA/QC practices across projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience in Real Estate / Building Construction / PMC / EPC / Contracting / TPI
- Minimum 6 years of experience in QA/QC
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 certification/knowledge will be an added advantage
- Experience handling large-scale low-rise, high-rise, tall commercial, residential & mixed-use projects
- Base Location: Ahmedabad HO
- CTC: Based on experience and suitability
