Role Description The QA/QC Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities across construction and development projects. The position involves establishing and maintaining quality standards, supervising inspections and testing of materials and workmanship, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company-specific requirements. The QA/QC Lead will develop and implement quality procedures, review documentation, analyze non-conformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions.

This role also includes coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and external stakeholders to maintain consistent quality,



conducting internal audits, and preparing reports for leadership to support continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, including the ability to develop, implement, and monitor quality processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing, with experience in creating frameworks, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or equivalent construction and real estate quality standards relevant to property development.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, along with recognized quality certifications (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are beneficial.
- Candidates should possess robust analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects, and familiarity with local regulations and safety standards in Ahmedabad or similar markets is an advantage.
