We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior QA Engineer with 10 plus years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing. This role is primarily an Individual Contributor position requiring strong ownership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to independently drive QA activities across the SDLC.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams while also mentoring and supporting QA engineers through knowledge sharing and technical guidance. Experience in the Insurance domain is highly desirable.

What the day will look like The role will involve owning end-to-end QA activities, collaborating with product, development, business and support teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across manual and automation testing streams.

This role offers the opportunity to take strong ownership of quality engineering across complex enterprise applications, combining hands-on manual testing expertise with automation capability. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving test coverage,



strengthening release confidence and supporting continuous improvement across QA practices.

The position is primarily an Individual Contributor role, offering significant scope to independently drive QA activities while collaborating closely with development, product, business and release teams. It also provides opportunities to mentor QA engineers, share technical knowledge and contribute to scalable QA best practices.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Essential Skills and Experience

- 8+years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and TestNG framework.
- Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Browser Stack, UFT or similar tools.
- API testing experience using Postman, REST Assured or similar tools.
- Strong SQL knowledge for database validation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and DevOps practices.
- Experience in version control systems such as Git.
- Experience managing test artifacts using TestRail and Azure Test Plans.
- Experience tracking and managing defects using Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Insurance domain.




- Exposure to enterprise-scale applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of performance, security or API testing.
- ISTQB or equivalent certifications.
