– QA/QC Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSMS, QMS, SOPs and food safety standards.
- Monitor quality at raw material, production, packing, cold storage and dispatch stages.
- Conduct and verify Moisture, Brix, Weight, Foreign Matter, Metal Detection, Packaging & Organoleptic tests.
- Monitor CCPs, OPRPs, hygiene, sanitation and pest control.
- Maintain all QA/QC, laboratory, temperature, calibration and traceability records.
- Handle quality deviations, customer complaints, RCA and CAPA.
- Support and coordinate internal, customer, regulatory and certification audits.
- Ensure correct labelling, batch coding, FIFO/FEFO and product traceability.
- Coordinate with Production,



Stores, Purchase and Dispatch for quality issues.
- Conduct GMP, GHP, HACCP and food safety training for employees.
- Support R&D;/NPD trials and continuous quality improvement.

Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant QA/QC experience, preferably in food processing/frozen food.
- Good knowledge of food safety, quality systems, documentation and audits.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
