Python, MLOps & AWS Developer / Technical Lead

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Work Mode : Hybrid 2 days per week from client office

Education : BE/B.Tech/MCA preferred. Any relevant postgraduate qualification may also be considered.

Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Python, MLOps and AWS Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing scalable cloud-native applications and machine learning platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Python, AWS, MLOps platforms, microservices, APIs, distributed systems and CI/CD, along with the ability to contribute to architecture and technical leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and deploy reliable, scalable, secure and cost-effective cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Develop backend applications and services using Python, Flask, Django, AsyncIO and related frameworks.
- Design and implement APIs, microservices and real-time distributed applications.
- Build and maintain MLOps solutions using platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Kubeflow and MLflow.
- Work with AWS services including EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, Aurora and ECS/Fargate.
- Design solutions following the AWS Well-Architected Framework and cloud best practices.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, CodeCommit, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline and Harness.
- Integrate applications with messaging and queueing platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ and SQS.
- Implement monitoring, logging, health checks, error detection and recovery strategies for distributed systems.




- Participate in system integration, testing, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Contribute to technical architecture, design reviews and engineering best practices.
- Work closely with globally distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor team members and help establish engineering processes and best practices.

Required Skills :

- 6 to 12 years of software engineering experience.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with AWS.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Flask, Django, AsyncIO or similar Python frameworks.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud architecture and deployment.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing technologies and workload transition challenges.
- Experience with AWS SageMaker, Kubeflow, MLflow or equivalent MLOps platforms.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices and API development.
- Experience with EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, Aurora, ECS/Fargate or similar AWS services.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS or similar messaging technologies.
- Strong software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk or similar monitoring/logging tools.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Kubeflow, MLflow or Airflow.
- Experience building automated and scheduled analytical/ML pipelines.
- Experience in technical leadership, software architecture or mentoring.
