Job Summary
Glint Tech Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development Managers with hands-on experience in USA IT Staffing sales to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with Tier-1 clients and vendors, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding. This is a fully remote role requiring availability during USA business hours.
Must-Have Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the IT Staffing industry
Solid experience working in the USA IT Staffing market
Hands-on experience working with Tier-1 Clients and/or Tier-1 Vendors
Existing relationships or business network with USA-based clients, vendors, MSPs, VMS, or System Integrators
Experience generating current business opportunities and developing client relationships
Strong understanding of W2, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time staffing models
Experience with IT staffing sales and recruitment services
Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns, lead generation, and client prospecting
Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding
Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment
Willingness to work according to USA business hours/time zones
