Role Description The Purchasing Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities for ethanol, ENA, packaging materials, and other operational supplies.

Responsibilities include processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

The Purchasing

Executive will maintain accurate records,



monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with production, quality, and finance teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. The role also requires adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and cost-control objectives while building strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong purchasing operations skills, including purchase order and purchase requisition management.
- Experience in purchase management and procurement, ideally in manufacturing or process industries.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of inventory control, vendor evaluation, and basic contract negotiation.
- Ability to work in office in the Pune Division and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
- Attention to detail, data accuracy, and proficiency with MS Excel and ERP or purchasing software.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, commerce, business administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in chemical, ethanol, beverages, or allied industries is an advantage.
