Job Title: Purchase Manager – Project Procurement

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement, material planning, and vendor management for both ongoing operational projects and upcoming project setups. You will align procurement strategies with project timelines, budget constraints, and delivery schedules to ensure seamless execution across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute procurement strategies tailored for existing operations and current project setups.
- Collaborate with project leads to forecast material, equipment, and service requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and contractors for project-specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve maximum cost savings without compromising quality.
- Monitor delivery timelines to ensure zero project downtime or delays due to material shortages.




- Manage project inventory, track purchase orders, and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and budget allocations.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, specifically handling project planning and execution.
- Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and project-based sourcing.
- Strong project management, risk assessment, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in any procurement software and MS Project/Office.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
