- Maida Buying : Spot and Forward Maida Buying from diff flour vendors for our 33 factories across South and West Region, tracking completion buying rates. Improve RFQ effectiveness
- Current Vendor addition : Work on addition of New Vendors to add competitiveness
- Quality: Reducing Quality Rejections and working on development of diff types of maida like Atta, Wafer etc
- Pending PO Review :
Regular tracking of Pending PO and ensure timely delivery of POs.
- Audit - Facilitation of Internal and external Maida purchase.

- Ground level Market Intelligence of Wheat and By-products, Competition Activities, Tracking Market rates of wheat, Maida, Bran , Suji, Atta in all major clusters.
