About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, purchasing processes, and inventory requirements for Manasum Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
- Source quality products at competitive prices.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely procurement.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to different locations.
- Verify quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with accounts, operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for purchase requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve supply-related issues.




- Maintain proper procurement documentation and reports.
- Ensure purchases comply with company policies and quality standards.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, or Business Administration preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant purchasing/procurement experience.
- Strong vendor negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Valuable coordination and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Candidates available for immediate joining preferred.
