What You'll Do: Place and follow up on purchase orders with vendors and suppliers Coordinate with vendors on pricing, availability,
and delivery timelines Maintain accurate purchase records and update stock entries Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team on incoming stock Research new vendors and compare pricing for better margins Ensure timely payment follow-ups and maintain vendor relationships Report daily purchase updates to the management team Do item quality check on receiving Do research on new products and better item packaging What We're Looking For: 6 months –2 years experience in purchase, procurement, or vendor coordination Good communication skills in Hindi — English is a plus Basic computer skills — WhatsApp, Excel, and email Reliable, detail-oriented, and honest Knowledge of shooting sports or sports equipment is a strong advantage Local candidate from Ambala or nearby preferred Why Join Us: Work with India's most active shooting sports community Young, passionate, and growing team Learn about a niche and exciting industry Growth prospect as the company scales Get creative
