We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in the Interior / Construction / Fit-Out industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage local purchase and procurement activities
- Source materials, negotiate rates and coordinate timely deliveries
- Develop and maintain vendor & contractor relationships
- Verify vendor bills, invoices and supporting documents
- Handle purchase-related billing, reconciliation and payment follow-ups
- Maintain purchase and vendor records
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors and Pune Head Office
- Prepare purchase and vendor status reports
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience
- Interior / Construction / Fit-Out experience mandatory
- Positive knowledge of Bangalore’s local vendor market
- Strong vendor development and negotiation skills
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- MS Excel / accounting software knowledge preferred
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
