GB Clarity Advisory is inviting final-year Master’s students in Psychology and recent Psychology postgraduates to join as Psychology Associates.
Selected candidates will initially participate in a two-week training programme to understand the organisation, its assessment platforms, service workflows, ethical practices, confidentiality requirements and professional boundaries. Final induction will be based on performance and overall suitability.
Responsibilities
- Create awareness about the organisation’s career and relationship assessment services.
- Generate genuine client enquiries through ethical outreach and professional networking.
- Introduce interested individuals and families to suitable assessment services.
- Help clients understand the assessment process and complete the required steps.
- Collaborate with GB Clarity Advisory in delivering assessment-led career and relationship clarity services.
- Support structured conversations relating to assessment reports and findings.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional communication.
- Work within the limits of qualifications and professional competence.
- Refer matters requiring specialised support to an appropriately qualified professional.
Revenue-Sharing Structure Revenue received from eligible clients introduced by the associate and jointly served with GB Clarity Advisory will be shared equally:
- 50% – Psychology Associate
- 50% – GB Clarity Advisory
The detailed eligibility,
service-delivery and settlement terms will be documented in the association agreement.
Eligibility
- Final-year Master’s student in Psychology or recent Psychology postgraduate
- Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Interest in career guidance, relationship education and assessment-based services
- Willingness to undertake ethical outreach and professional networking
- Responsible approach towards confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently
Training Programme The two-week training programme will cover:
- Introduction to GB Clarity Advisory
- Career and relationship assessment platforms
- Assessment and report-related workflows
- Client communication and service coordination
- Ethical outreach and professional networking
- Confidentiality and responsible data handling
- Scope of practice and professional boundaries
Candidates who complete the programme satisfactorily may receive a Certificate of Completion. Induction as a Psychology Associate will be based on performance, suitability and completion of the required documentation.
