Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce application testing and Provar test automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in validating Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud applications and building automated test scripts using Provar. The candidate will work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Testing

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
- Validate Salesforce configurations including Objects, Fields, Workflows, Validation Rules, Flows, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Test Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
- Review business requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Log, track, and manage defects through closure.

Provar Automation

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Provar.
- Create reusable automation components and frameworks.
- Automate regression, smoke, and functional test cases.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results.
- Integrate Provar automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize automation coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.

Quality Assurance





- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects early in the development lifecycle.
- Ensure quality standards are met before production deployments.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of Software Testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Testing.
- Strong experience in Provar Automation Tool.
- Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and flows.
- Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect tracking tools.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce CRM domain expertise.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
- API testing using Postman or REST APIs.
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Provar Certification.
- Experience with Selenium or other automation tools.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
