- Review customer enquiries, specifications, P&IDs;, and URS documents.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for technical inputs and cost estimation.
- Identify bought-out items (valves, pumps, instruments, etc.).
- Optimize designs and costing to ensure competitive pricing without compromising quality.
- Communicate with vendors for quotations and validate technical compliance.
- Support the sales team in technical discussions and presentations with clients.
- Maintain proposal records, revisions, and ensure timely submission of offers.
- Assist in handover of awarded projects to the project execution team.
- Solid knowledge of P&ID; reading and process flow understanding
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of AutoCAD / design tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and technical writing skills.
- Analytical approach with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
