Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the complete operations and maintenance of the property in Lingampalli, Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for facility operations, client and resident coordination, manpower management, vendor management, maintenance, compliance and overall property performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the property and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, technical, landscaping and other support teams.
- Plan manpower deployment, duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, residents, association members and management.
- Monitor property maintenance and ensure all facilities are maintained properly.
- Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, fire safety and other MEP systems.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed on time.
- Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness standards across the property.
- Ensure effective security operations and access control.
- Manage vendors, contractors and service providers.
- Review vendor performance and ensure services are delivered as per agreed standards.
- Handle complaints and service requests and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify operational gaps.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS and operational reports.
- Monitor consumables, inventory, equipment and property assets.
- Ensure statutory compliance,



safety standards and required documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response, fire drills and safety procedures.
- Monitor budgets, expenses and cost-control measures.
- Conduct regular team meetings, toolbox talks and performance reviews.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Take corrective and preventive actions to improve property operations and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 6–10 years of relevant experience in Property Management / Facility Management.
- Graduate/Diploma in EEE.
- Experience managing residential, or large integrated properties preferred.
- Robust knowledge of facility operations and maintenance.
- Good manpower and vendor management skills.
- Excellent client/resident handling and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MIS reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and operational activities.
- Candidates with experience in large residential communities will be preferred.

Compensation Location: Lingampalli, Hyderabad, Telangana

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹68,000.00 per month
