Abhram Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a growing deep-tech R&D; and engineering company working on innovative solutions across drones, IoT, embedded systems, electronics, robotics, sensors, and AI-enabled products.

We have successfully completed engineering and R&D; projects for organizations including Tata and the Indian Army, and are currently working on multiple technology projects with clients including Classic Fashion, Jordan.

Our R&D; initiatives include development of a next-generation soil sensing technology, athlete monitoring devices, advanced drone platforms, IoT systems, embedded hardware, and other technology products.

As we continue to grow our engineering team and take on more B2B R&D; projects and proprietary product development, we are looking for a Project Head who can take ownership of project execution and coordinate our growing technical team.

Role Overview The Project Head will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of engineering and R&D; projects, from initial client discussions and requirement understanding to engineering execution, testing, delivery, and project closure.

The role requires strong project management, client communication, team coordination, technical understanding, and leadership skills.

You will work directly with clients, management, engineers, and different technical teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and delivered within the committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple R&D; and engineering projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate directly with clients and understand their technical requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
- Lead client meetings, project discussions, reviews, and progress updates.
- Convert client requirements into clear project plans, milestones, deliverables, and engineering tasks.
- Plan and manage the workflow of embedded, electronics, software, mechanical, drone, IoT, and R&D; engineers.
- Assign tasks to engineers based on project requirements, priorities, and individual expertise.
- Monitor daily and weekly progress and ensure tasks are completed within the planned timeline.
- Track project milestones,



deadlines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
- Identify technical blockers, resource constraints, procurement issues, and project risks at an early stage.
- Coordinate between different engineering teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct regular internal project reviews and follow up with engineers on pending tasks.
- Ensure proper communication of client requirements to the engineering team.
- Coordinate prototype development, testing, validation, documentation, and final delivery.
- Manage changes in project requirements and priorities.
- Prepare project progress reports and communicate project status to management and clients.
- Ensure proper project documentation and maintain project schedules.
- Escalate critical technical or execution issues to management when required.
- Help management plan engineering resources based on current and upcoming projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to required quality standards.
- Take complete ownership of project execution and drive the team toward successful delivery.

Preferred Experience

- 1+ years of experience in project management, engineering management, R&D; coordination, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in electronics, embedded systems, IoT, drones, robotics, or hardware product development is an advantage.
- Experience working with B2B clients or technical R&D; projects is preferred.
