Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing complex IT projects, large-scale programs, cross-functional teams, and enterprise stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, budgeting, resource management, and stakeholder communication.

The candidate should have a strong track record of successfully delivering technology projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising technology, business, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Drive project governance through regular Steering Committee, project review, and status meetings.
- Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and key milestones.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Establish appropriate escalation mechanisms and drive issues toward resolution.
- Manage project budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Ensure effective resource planning and utilization across project teams.
- Manage relationships with senior business stakeholders, technology leaders, vendors, and partners.




- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, MIS, and executive-level updates.
- Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
- Drive change management and ensure smooth adoption of new technology/processes.
- Coordinate with architecture, infrastructure, application, security, data, and business teams as required.
- Manage vendor relationships, SOWs, SLAs, deliverables, and commercial aspects where applicable.
- Ensure project documentation, lessons learned, and closure activities are completed effectively.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall experience in IT/technology project management and delivery.
- Strong experience in managing large-scale, complex, and enterprise IT projects.
- Proven experience in project planning, execution, governance, budgeting, and delivery.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience in managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of risk, issue, dependency, change, scope, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with project financials, including CAPEX, OPEX, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Strong vendor and third-party management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
