For our Recruitment / Staffing business , we are seeking a high-performing Business Manager with proven experience in current client acquisition for contract staffing , strong commercial understanding, and deep industry networks. The role is primarily focused on business development, sales, revenue growth, and margin management across multiple industry verticals.
Drive recent client acquisition for permanent recruitment, contract staffing services, RPO, and payroll solutions across IT and Non-IT sectors
Identify, prospect, and onboard clients through cold calling, cold prospecting, networking, and referrals
Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Procurement Heads, and Business Leaders
Own end-to-end commercial discussions including bill rates, mark-ups, gross margin, net margin, and EBITDA impact
