We are partnering with a quick-growing, promoter-led alloy steel manufacturer to hire a Regional Sales Lead– North. This is a high-ownership leadership role managing one of the company's most critical markets, covering the North India OEM and industrial belt (Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh).
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is the regional leadership role in the organisation reporting directly to the Sales Head responsible for scaling an existing revenue base of ₹250 Cr, entering strategic current markets, and building a high-performing national sales organisation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales qualified with deep exposure to high-specification steel, forgings, or adjacent engineering sectors, and a proven track record of enterprise
