As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Frido in our Experience Centers.

Your role goes beyond sales—you will create meaningful, ergonomic lifestyle experiences for

Drive individual sales targets and contribute to store-level revenue goals

• Assist customers with queries, product selection, and after-sales support

• Support calling activities, follow-ups, and lead conversions as per store requirements

• Maintain store hygiene, grooming standards, and brand presentation

• Follow VM guidelines and ensure products are displayed as per brand standards

• Assist in inventory handling, stock arrangement, and cycle counts when required

• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve in-store experience and product
