About the Role

SingDilSe is looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to manage and coordinate our artist/creative team. The role involves working closely with artists, producers, composers, content and social media teams to ensure projects are planned, executed and delivered smoothly.

The ideal candidate should have robust team-management skills, an understanding of social media, and an interest in the music and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of artists, producers, composers and creative team members.
- Plan and track projects, content schedules, releases and deliverables.
- Act as the key point of coordination between artists and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and according to planned goals.
- Manage artist schedules, meetings, shoots, recordings, releases and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the social media/content team for regular artist promotions.
- Contribute to artist brand building and positioning across digital platforms.
- Monitor social media activities, content performance and audience engagement.
- Help develop strategies to increase an artist's visibility, reach and digital presence.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations,



content creation and artist growth.
- Follow up with team members and ensure accountability for assigned tasks.
- Prepare basic project updates and performance reports for management.
- Handle multiple projects and artists simultaneously while maintaining priorities.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in project management, artist management, production, entertainment, media or a related field.
- Strong team-management and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of social media content, trends and artist promotion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Passion or strong interest in music, artists, entertainment and digital media will be an advantage.
