About The Smarketers The Smarketers is a B2B sales and marketing agency helping global technology and SaaS companies grow through ABM, Inbound Marketing, Content, SEO, Marketing Automation, and Martech.

We are looking for a Project Manager who is organized, proactive, and able to coordinate projects, teams, and clients effectively.

About the Role The Project Manager will coordinate with clients and internal teams including Content, SEO, Design, Development, Campaigns, Social Media, and Sales to ensure projects are planned, tracked, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate projects from start to completion.
- Create and track tasks, timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct or assist with project kick-off and status calls.
- Follow up on tasks, approvals, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Prepare project updates, meeting notes, and reports.
- Identify delays or issues early and escalate when required.
- Ensure projects meet timelines and quality expectations.
- Maintain project documentation and trackers.
- Identify opportunities to improve project processes and workflows.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of project management principles.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace – Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Experience with Jira, Workday, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and project lifecycle.

Certifications – Preferred Certification or training in any of the following is an advantage:

- Six Sigma – Yellow Belt / Green Belt
- Jira
- Workday
- Agile / Scrum
- CAPM / PMP
- Google Project Management Certificate
