Job Role: Project Manager

- Plan, execute, and manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish.

- Prepare detailed project schedules and ensure timely project delivery.

- Prepare, submit, and coordinate client/project bills.

- Ensure timely bill certification, approval, and payment collection.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and contractors.

- Supervise site activities and ensure quality workmanship.

- Monitor project budgets and control project costs.

- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.

- Manage manpower and resource allocation according to project requirements.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project requirements.





- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.

- Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues promptly.

- Track project progress against approved schedules and milestones.

- Prepare and submit regular project status reports to management and clients.

- Coordinate finishing activities and ensure work is completed as per approved designs and specifications.

- Manage snag identification and rectification.

- Coordinate final inspections and project handover.

- Complete project documentation and ensure smooth project closure.
