Role Description The Project Manager – Interior is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of residential interior projects. This role manages project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

The Project

Manager coordinates with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients, monitors site progress, and resolves issues related to materials, manpower, and timelines. Daily tasks include conducting site inspections, tracking project milestones, managing documentation, and reporting to internal stakeholders on project status and risks.



The role also involves optimizing processes, maintaining safety and compliance, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and experience as an Expeditor to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to monitor site work, quality of finishes, and compliance with design and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle material movement, vendor coordination, and site resource management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing interior fit-out or construction projects, preferably in residential interiors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic project management tools and familiarity with interior drawings, BOQs, and site execution processes.
