Position Overview /n /n This is a project-based role responsible for managing project execution, driving outreach initiatives, coordinating registrations, and overseeing on-ground team operations across assigned cities.
The Project
Manager will serve as a key liaison between managers and the field team, ensuring smooth project delivery and achieving project objectives and targets.
Key Responsibilities /n /n /n
- Drive outreach and registration processes across assigned cities to meet project objectives
/n
- Achieve and track targets set by the Project Head, providing regular progress updates and reporting on target achievement
/n
- Manage and coordinate registration processes, ensuring accurate and timely data collection while monitoring conversion metrics
/n
- Oversee on-ground team management, including scheduling, task allocation, performance monitoring, and ensuring team alignment with target goals
/n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and target achievement
/n
- Prepare regular progress reports communicating updates on outreach activities, registration numbers, and target achievement to project leadership
/n
- Manage project logistics, resources,
and budget allocation as required to support outreach and registration activities
/n
- Troubleshoot on-ground issues and implement timely solutions to maintain momentum in achieving targets
/n
- Monitor and analyze outreach metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize strategies for better target achievement

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skilled experience
/n
- Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office
/n
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
