About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of complex enterprise-level projects, primarily focusing on Salesforce implementations and integrations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, executing large-scale technical initiatives, and applying Agile methodologies to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects.

Experience specifically in the execution of Salesforce projects is mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with project management tools such as Jira,



Azure DevOps, and Confluence, along with strong presentation skills. Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and integration points is essential, as is experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Certification in Agile frameworks such as SAFe, CSM, or equivalent is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, with keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, and relevant certifications will be considered an added advantage. The role requires candidates to be available to work from the Bangalore office at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution: Own the complete lifecycle of technical projects, from initiation and planning to delivery and closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with development, QA, Business Analysts, and Architecture teams to ensure seamless project execution and progress tracking across all workstreams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, manage expectations, and deliver product demonstrations, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Tool Utilization: Leverage project management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence, along with AI-powered tools, to streamline project execution, reporting,



and documentation.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of issues to keep projects on track.
- Agile Delivery: Implement Agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring teams adhere to Agile principles without necessarily assuming a Scrum Master role.
- Presentation & Reporting: Create comprehensive presentations, dashboards, and status reports to communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
