Role Description The Project Manager at HUB Interior will oversee interior design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves coordinating with designers, vendors, and clients, managing schedules, and monitoring material procurement and delivery. Daily responsibilities include tracking project progress, resolving issues, conducting site visits and inspections, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

The Project

Manager will also ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements, prepare status reports,



and support continuous improvement of project execution processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, to plan, coordinate, and drive timely completion of interior projects.
- Candidates should possess expeditor-related skills, such as Expeditor and Expediting, to follow up on orders, manage vendor commitments, and ensure materials reach sites as scheduled.
- Candidates should possess logistics-focused skills, including Logistics Management, to handle material movement, deliveries, and storage efficiently.
- Candidates should possess inspection capabilities, such as Inspection, to verify workmanship, materials, and site readiness against design and quality standards.
- Relevant skills and qualifications include experience in interior or construction project management, strong stakeholder communication abilities, proficiency with project tracking tools, and problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience managing on-site projects in a rapid-paced environment.
