Work Experience: 8+ Years /n Work Location: Mumbai /n Work Mode: Hybrid ( 2 Days WFO ) /n /n About the Role /n /n We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage key projects and workstreams across a growing portfolio. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects, budgets, schedules, and workstreams.

/n

- Manage project planning, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines.

/n

- Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous process improvement.

/n

- Track project KPIs, productivity metrics, progress, and variances; provide regular status reporting.

/n

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources across multiple time zones.

/n

- Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, escalations, and project governance.

/n

- Partner with Engineering and Resource Managers for project staffing and capacity planning.

/n

- Ensure compliance with corporate and financial regulations.

/n

- Perform project-related data analysis and support business decision-making.

/n

- Identify project risks, impacts, and mitigation strategies.

/n

- Manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.

/n





- Present project status and recommendations effectively to senior and executive stakeholders.

/n /n /n Requirements /n /n

- 5+ years of IT Project Delivery experience in Cloud environments.

/n

- Proven experience as a Software Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program Manager, Agile Project Manager, or Scrum Master .

/n

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.

/n

- Advanced hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence .

/n

- Solid understanding of SDLC and software development processes .

/n

- Experience in process improvement, business transformation, and business analysis .

/n

- Strong stakeholder, resource, risk, change, and project management skills.

/n

- Experience managing distributed teams and resources across multiple time zones.

/n

- Experience working in regulated industries , preferably Financial Services.

/n

- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

/n

- Project certification such as PMP/APMP, PRINCE2, CSM/PSM, SAFe, or equivalent is preferred/required.
