Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Civil Construction to lead and manage residential and commercial construction projects in Mangalore. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, quality control, budgeting, resource management, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and manpower.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, contracts, and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and project review meetings.




- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality parameters.
- Prepare project reports and updates for management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in civil construction project management.
- Robust knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and execution.
- Experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
