Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Engineering & Supervision

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at project sites.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, timelines, and quality standards.

2. Facility Management Expertise

- Manage maintenance and operational activities at the site.
- Ensure smooth execution of all facility management requirements.

3. Vendor Coordination

- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure work is executed as per agreed scope and quality benchmarks.

4. Work Progress Planning & Execution

- Prepare project execution plans and monitor daily/weekly progress.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.

5. Technical Auditing of Site Works

- Conduct regular inspections and technical audits of site work.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, engineering standards, and quality norms.

6. Reporting & Communication

- Prepare and present MIS reports on project progress and status updates.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, senior management, and vendors.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Technical Knowledge:



Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, site execution, and facility management processes.
- Project Management: Ability to plan, schedule, and oversee multiple activities simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Solid auditing and review capabilities to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Quick and effective decision-making to resolve site challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for effective stakeholder management.

Tool Proficiency:

- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint): For documentation, reporting, and MIS preparation.
- AutoCAD (Viewing): For reviewing drawings and technical specifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in site supervision, project execution, and facility management.
- Proven experience in vendor management and technical auditing preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
