As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, Birlasoft with its 12,000+ professionals, is committed to continuing the Group's 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities /n UiPath Project Manager /n Location: Noida & Pune /n Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST /n Experience: 10-14 years overall experience with 5+ years managing UiPath/RPA delivery programs. /n Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced UiPath Project Manager to lead end-to-end automation delivery across development and support workstreams. The role requires strong expertise in UiPath delivery, customer engagement, team leadership, governance management, KPI/SLA tracking, and operational excellence. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, production stability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across automation services. /n Delivery & Project Management /n Manage end-to-end UiPath automation lifecycle including development, deployment, enhancements, and support. /n Drive project planning, resource management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and delivery governance. /n Ensure delivery within scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget. /n UiPath Delivery Oversight /n Robust understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Queues, Assets, Scheduling, and REFramework.



/n Monitor bot performance, production incidents, release management, and automation stability. /n Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, security, and compliance standards. /n Customer & Stakeholder Management /n Act as the primary customer-facing delivery lead. /n Conduct weekly operational reviews and monthly governance meetings. /n Provide executive-level status updates, KPI dashboards, risk assessments, and value realization reports. /n Manage customer escalations and ensure high stakeholder satisfaction. /n Team Leadership /n Lead cross-functional teams comprising UiPath Developers, Business Analysts, Support Engineers, and QA resources. /n Drive accountability, productivity, performance reviews, mentoring, and skill development. /n Ensure effective workload distribution and resource utilization. /n Governance & Reporting /n Drive Weekly and Monthly Governance covering Project Progress, SLA/KPI Performance, Incident & Defect Trends, Risks, Issues & Escalations, Resource Utilization, and Automation Pipeline & Roadmap. /n Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and executive governance reports. /n Metrics Management /n Track SLA Compliance, MTTR/MTTA, Bot Success & Failure Rates, Automation Uptime, Incident & Defect Trends, Delivery Schedule Adherence, Automation Benefits Realization, Resource Utilization, Backlog & Ticket Aging, and CSAT. /n Required Skills /n Strong understanding of UiPath platform and RPA lifecycle. /n Experience managing Automation Development and Production Support engagements. /n Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
