Job Summary

Responsible for the successful execution, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment projects. The role involves site coordination, manpower supervision, technical execution, troubleshooting, and ensuring project completion as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute WTP, STP, ETP, RO and UVF projects at customer sites.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely completion.
- Supervise installation, fabrication, piping, equipment erection and electrical-related works.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, layouts and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor site manpower, materials, tools and equipment requirements.
- Conduct equipment testing, trial runs and commissioning activities.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate for timely troubleshooting.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress reports and project documentation.
- Ensure quality, safety and proper work practices at project sites.
- Travel to customer locations as required for project execution.

Project Engineer – Additional Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor project execution schedules.
- Handle client coordination and technical discussions.
- Review drawings, BOQ, material requirements and project specifications.




- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, O&M; and Accounts teams.

Project Technician – Responsibilities
- Support installation, erection, piping, fitting and commissioning activities.
- Operate and maintain project equipment as instructed.
- Assist engineers in troubleshooting and site execution.
- Handle tools and equipment safely and maintain housekeeping at site.

Qualification
- Project Engineer: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Environmental or related discipline.
- Project Technician: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical, Fitter, Plumber, Electrical or related trade.

Experience
- Project Engineer: 2–5 years in water/wastewater treatment or industrial projects.
- Project Technician: 1–5 years in plant installation, fabrication, piping, erection or commissioning.

Skills
- Technical knowledge of WTP/STP/ETP/RO systems.
- Site execution and manpower coordination.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, piping and electrical works.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
