Role Overview
As a Sr. Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience to clients while driving store sales and building long-term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of luxury retail, excellent communication and styling skills, and the ability to understand customer preferences and recommend jewellery that complements their individual style.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Drive revenue through effective product presentation, upselling and cross-selling.
Convert walk-ins and enquiries into successful sales.
Maintain a strong understanding of products, collections, pricing and brand stories.
Identify prospects to increase average transaction value and repeat business.
Client Experience & Clienteling
Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience at every interaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with High-Value and VIP clients.
Develop a solid clienteling database and regularly engage with existing clients.
Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding new launches, collections, events and special occasions.
Understand customer preferences, lifestyle and fashion sensibilities to provide personalised recommendations.
Fashion & Styling
Act as a jewellery styling consultant and help clients select pieces suited to their personality, occasion and outfit.
Stay updated on current fashion and jewellery trends.
