The team focuses on understanding the root causes behind challenging behaviors and developmental delays, rather than only addressing surface-level symptoms. Using a holistic, bottom-up approach, Angels Foundation designs individualized intervention plans to foster meaningful and lasting progress. The center emphasizes collaboration with families and caregivers to create supportive settings for each child’s growth and development.
Role Description The Occupational Therapist will provide assessment and therapy services to children with diverse developmental and sensory needs in an in office setting located in Gurugram. This full time role involves conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to improve functional skills, motor abilities, sensory processing,



and daily living activities. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate closely with Special Educators, Speech Therapists, and families to set goals, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, participating in case discussions, educating caregivers on home programs, and contributing to a supportive, child-centered workplace within the center.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
Knowledge of Medicine and Pediatrics to understand developmental conditions, clinical presentations, and multidisciplinary care.
Effective Communication skills for working with children, families, and a cross-functional clinical team.
Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; relevant licensure or registration as r
