Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Management

- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery commitments.
- Ensure predictable and high-quality delivery across multiple Agile teams.
- Drive sprint planning, release management, risk mitigation, and dependency management.
- Establish governance frameworks and delivery metrics to track program health.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering managers to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical oversight for applications built using Python, Node.js, React, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.
- Review solution designs, architecture decisions, and implementation strategies.
- Guide teams in applying engineering best practices, design patterns, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
- Mentor technical leads and development teams on emerging technologies and best practices.

Security & Networking Governance

- Ensure applications adhere to enterprise security standards and secure coding practices.
- Oversee implementation of authentication, authorization, encryption, API security, and vulnerability management.




- Work closely with security teams to address penetration testing findings and compliance requirements.
- Possess solid knowledge of networking concepts including:

- DNS

- Load Balancers

- VPN

- Firewalls

- Reverse Proxies

- Network Security Controls

- SSL/TLS

- API Gateways

- CDN Architecture
- Review network architecture and ensure high availability, reliability, and secure connectivity.

Stakeholder & Team Management

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for business and leadership stakeholders.
- Manage communication across cross-functional teams, vendors, and customer representatives.
- Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and decision-making processes.
- Develop high-performing engineering teams through coaching and mentorship.
