Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate SPM and industrial automation projects from project receipt through design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, testing, dispatch and installation. The candidate will coordinate between Design, Purchase, Production, Assembly, Electrical, PLC and Customer/Service teams to ensure timely project completion. This type of cross-functional tracking and milestone coordination is common in manufacturing project roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities of SPM and automation projects.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines and milestone trackers.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Assembly and Electrical/PLC teams.
- Follow up on engineering drawings, BOMs and design completion.




- Track material requirements and coordinate with the Purchase/Stores team.
- Monitor machine manufacturing and assembly progress.
- Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare daily / weekly project status reports and MIS reports.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Track project issues, delays, risks and pending action items.
- Coordinate machine trial, testing, inspection and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with customers regarding project status, requirements and delivery schedules.
- Support machine dispatch, installation and final project handover.
- Maintain complete project documentation and records.
- Escalate critical delays and technical issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned Time, Cost and Quality requirements.
