Job Purpose The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the effective coordination and implementationof healthcare projects involving multiple participating institutions and stakeholders. The role will support project planning, training and mentoring, implementation monitoring, data management,reporting, stakeholder coordination, and field activities, while ensuring that project activities are delivered on time and in accordance with approved protocols and objectives.

Qualification: Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Social Work,

Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline, or MBBS

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in project coordination, healthcare programmes, public health, research, implementation, or a related field. Experience in coordinating projects involving multiple institutions or centres will be an advantage.

Reports To: Department Head

Location – Trivandrum, Kerala

Skills required

- Robust project planning, coordination, and multi-centre implementation skills.
- Experience in monitoring & evaluation, data management, reporting, and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently,



and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in cancer care, palliative care, public health, implementation research, or implementation science is desirable.
- Knowledge of research methodology and experience with REDCap, Kobo Toolbox, SPSS, R, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Research experience and/or publications in peer-reviewed journals will be an advantage.
- Willingness to undertake project-related field visits.

Job Profile

- The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of healthcare projects across participating institutions. The role will involve project planning, coordination of training and mentoring activities, monitoring and evaluation, data management and reporting, stakeholder communication, field visits, and supervision of the Junior Project Coordinator. The position will also contribute to research, documentation, and continuous improvement of project implementation.
