As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and implementing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with project goals. The practitioner actively monitors progress, manages timelines, and collaborates with diverse teams to maintain project momentum and deliverables, fostering effective communication and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support project transparency and accountability.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed File Transfer.
- Strong understanding of file transfer protocols and security standards.
- Experience in configuring and managing managed file transfer solutions across multiple platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfer processes.
- Familiarity with automation and scheduling tools to streamline file transfer operations.




- Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices in data transfer and handling.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Managed File Transfer.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
