Dalnex is looking for a Project & Support Engineer responsible for managing projects from contract finalization through successful implementation and closure. The role requires close coordination with clients and internal Software, Automation, and Hardware teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to understand technical requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive projects toward timely and successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of projects from project kick-off to successful closure.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items.
- Convert client requirements into clear and actionable briefs for internal technical teams.
- Track project progress and proactively identify delays, dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and deployment activities at client sites.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and the client throughout the project lifecycle.
- Keep clients updated about project progress,



pending activities, challenges, and expected timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, changes, testing, training, and closure.
- Visit client sites for demos, training, and support when required.
- Conduct project review meetings and maintain minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on project learnings and client feedback.

- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Implementation, Industrial Automation, IoT, Software Implementation, or a related field.
- Experience working with manufacturing/industrial clients will be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing projects involving software, IoT, automation, hardware, or Industry 4.0 solutions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
