Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery • Coordinate with vendors & internal teams • Track hiring pipeline, onboarding & resource lifecycle • Ensure SLA adherence & compliance (BGV, documentation) • Maintain dashboards, reports & vendor performance metrics What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years in MSP / staffing / recruitment operations • Strong vendor management & coordination skills • Experience with resource tracking, BGV & reporting • Positive hands-on experience with MS Excel • VMS tools like SAP Fieldglass and Beeline are a plus
