About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on business process improvement, operational excellence, automation, AI, analytics, and technology-enabled innovation.

In this role, you will work closely with Business Operations, Technology, Product, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to drive strategic programs from concept to implementation, ensuring measurable business outcomes and successful adoption across the organization.

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Operations, Computer Science, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of business transformation and operational improvement programs.
- Define program objectives, timelines, milestones, resources, and success metrics.
- Drive collaboration across Business, Technology, Product, and Data teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, governance processes, and executive reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Lead initiatives involving automation, AI/ML, analytics, and digital transformation.
- Support change management, UAT coordination, implementation planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Track business outcomes, benefits realization, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Experience 10+ years of overall professional experience.





Minimum 5 years of experience managing business programs, transformation initiatives, strategic projects, or operational excellence programs.

Experience working with both Business Operations and Technology teams.

Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Proven experience in program governance, requirements management, and business process improvement.
