THE WORK: We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement professional with 4 years of experience in IT Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Vendor Management to support our CCaaS project. The ideal candidate need have a basic understanding of Network Infrastructure, Network Devices, and Voice Services (CCaaS), along with sound knowledge of their procurement processes. Intermediate proficiency in Program Project Management is required.

Advanced proficiency in Vendor Management is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Sourcing and Procurement and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) are suggested.

You will act as the Procurement Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting the CCaaS Deployment Team, managing the complete Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle for telecom and SaaS services. You will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services, leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure effective delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements. Act as the Procurement Point of Contact (POC) supporting the CCaaS Deployment Team in the procurement of telecom and SaaS services, managing the complete Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle.

Manage sourcing activities, including supplier identification, RFx management, commercial negotiations, purchase order processing through SAP Ariba, vendor delivery coordination, payment and resolution of billing and invoice disputes. Manage critical vendor escalations related to service delivery,



ensuring timely resolution in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), minimizing project risks, and maintaining continuity of CCaaS deployment activities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Solution Architects, Finance, Legal, Local Procurement, and Operations teams, to ensure seamless procurement execution and compliance.

Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors, coordinating effectively with a network of approximately 10 global suppliers to support project delivery and business requirements. Ensure timely procurement, contract adherence, supplier performance monitoring, and issue resolution to support successful CCaaS deployments. Participate in weekly status calls with strategic vendors.

Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant parties.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required knowledge on Power Bi for leadership reporting. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Intermediate proficiency in Program Project Management. Advanced proficiency in Vendor Management.

A minimum of 4years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
