JSW Sports is looking for a Program Coordinator Intern to join their team in Mumbai. /n /n Role Summary /n Support the CBO in driving program management and PMO rigor across cross-functional workstreams. The role will involve tracking key milestones, coordinating follow-ups, supporting leadership reviews and maintaining a robust operating cadence. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines and dependencies.

/n

- Coordinate follow-ups across cross-functional teams.

/n

- Maintain project calendars, trackers and leadership review decks.

/n

- Support strategic analysis, reporting and preparation of management updates.

/n

- Assist in driving the operating cadence across key initiatives.

/n

- Identify gaps or delays and proactively follow up with stakeholders.

/n





- Support the CBO on special projects and strategic initiatives.

/n /n /n Required /n /n

- 0–2 years of experience ; startup, consulting or program management experience preferred.

/n

- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and communication skills .

/n

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

/n

- Strong ownership and execution orientation.

/n

- Structured approach to problem-solving.

/n

- Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.

/n

- High adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

/n

- Relevant sports/apparel/footwear experience is preferred.

/n

- Startup/build-from-zero experience is a plus.
