About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined freshers to join our Professional Services team. The selected candidates will be trained on leading OEM technologies, including Netskope, Palo Alto Networks, and HCL BigFix, and will work towards building expertise in implementation, deployment, migration, configuration, and post-deployment support.

This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to build a career in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, endpoint management, and enterprise technology implementation. Selected candidates will undergo structured technical training and will be encouraged to pursue relevant OEM certifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the implementation, deployment, configuration, and migration of OEM solutions.
- Work on customer projects under the guidance of experienced Professional Services engineers.




- Gain hands-on experience with Netskope, Palo Alto Networks, and HCL BigFix technologies.
- Support installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and post-deployment activities.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in delivering solutions as per project scope.
- Participate in technical documentation, deployment plans, implementation reports, and project handover activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams and OEM support teams wherever required.
- Follow project timelines, technical standards, and implementation best practices.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge through training, certifications, and hands-on project exposure.
- Maintain proper documentation of configurations, changes, and project activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Freshers with a strong interest in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise technologies are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of Networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls, and Operating Systems will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.




- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and work on multiple OEM platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations, if required.

Preferred Certifications / Knowledge: Candidates with any of the following will have an added advantage:

- CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge
- Basic cybersecurity certifications
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments
- Basic understanding of cloud and network security concepts
- Exposure to endpoint management or security tools

Training & Career Development Selected candidates will be provided with structured technical training on the relevant OEM technologies. The training program will focus on:
